Dr. Nichelson is an OB/Gyn who specializes in menopause! Her focus on overall health, and knowledge of how hormones affect health, is both impressive and refreshing.
It is rare to find a doctor like Dr. Nichelson, whose goal is prevention. Her ability to effectively communicate the many changes that occur during menopause is unmatched. I found it therapeutic just to have her confirm that the afflictions that beset me during perimenopause, are afflicting me because of perimenopause.
I also appreciate her patient-driven approach. She does not endeavor to push prescriptions on patients. Rather, she arms patients with information to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Her focus on patient education is impeccable, providing emailed explanations of the tests she orders and why. She takes time with patients an answers all questions in lay terms. You don't need a medical degree to understand her.
I recommend Dr. Nichelson to every "Lady of A Certain Age."

Had my first pellet treatment today with my Dr Nichelson and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without rushing. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and her work. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled, trustworthy, and compassionate!
