I received multiple confirmations of my appointment, both from ZocDoc and the office, only to arrive & be told that “they guess the doctor just took a personal day because she never showed up.” I hope everything is ok with her. If it is, that’s very unprofessional. And the office dropped the ball - they absolutely should have contacted me knowing that she wasn’t there. My appointment was at 1:30pm so, they had plenty of time to contact me.

She is the best optometrist I have visited. She explains the results of her exams with the patient step by step. It was a truly amazing experience.

The office was great. The front desk person was helpful throughout my process & even helped me pick out stylish glasses. Dr. A was sweet, quick, efficient & she wasn’t just in & out with my care. Great office staff and great optometrist! All as described on the previous reviews I read. My only complaint is with Zocdoc. Do y'all really need to send text reminders at 5:45 in the morning and a second one at 7:15 am for an 8:45 appointment? Reminders are nice but I have all of 5 reminders for an appointment I made three days ago! A single one, delivered at a reasonable hour, the day before would have been plenty. Thank you!

dr. abraham is amazing! she is super nice and very smart, explaining sightedness and not making me feel inept for not being clear on the subject. i was shown how i have a rare nerve makeup in my right eye, which was really interesting and fun to see and learn! so many doctors are super serious and monotonous, but dr. abraham was, once again, super kind with an infectious smile that had me leaving the exam room with a smile on my own face. :) got me setup with a slightly updated prescription, in great time. looking forward to seeing you again soon, thank you for your work!

Has been a terrible experience. The doctor and exam tech were AMAZING, but I have very good insurance coverage and was still charged (a lot) for my exam. I looked into my benefits when I got home to be sure I wasn’t misunderstanding anything, emailed the office and was given a prompt reply that said my account would be looked into first thing on Monday. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard a word from the office with an explanation about why I was charged extra, and I’ve sent two follow up emails hoping for a response. I really wanted to love this office, but blowing off your customers’ requests for information is a terrible business practice.

I booked my appointment last minute on the same day and I don’t regret it at all! I went in for a general annual check up and to try contact lenses-My last eye doc app 3 years ago was subpar, but Dr. Erin Abraham was so amicable and such a sweetheart. The staff was AMAZING! I loved Maddy, he was so kind and super helpful. He showed me how to put in my contact lenses and was so patient and just straight up sweet. Him and Mitchell really made my day by just being so helpful and sweet. Also the front desk lady was great! Seriously great place! Highly recommended.

After searching for the past few years for a near-by optometrist that takes my insurance, and doesn't rush me out the door to file the claim to get paid, I am so grateful for the Eyes Over DFW team. They were friendly and professional, and reassured me that Dr. Abraham would take great care of me - and she absolutely did. She was able to do a complete eye exam for frames and contacts; she discussed why we were testing various points of vision, the purpose and health of the retinal photos (so cool), and overall made the entire visit fly by.
A small note for the team - if parking validation is a service, would recommend letting your clients know at check out! Additionally, a bit clearer instructions as to where the office is located inside of the Renaissance tower would be helpful.
