About Dr. Erin Koetter
Dr. Koetter, a Houston native, graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from The University of Houston College of Optometry. At UHCO, Dr. Koetter received the Excellence in Primary Care award. During her clinical rotations she received extensive training in specialty contact lens fittings, the diagnosis and treatment of various ocular diseases, pediatric eye exams, and the care of pre-operative and post-operative LASIK and cataract surgery patients. She is certified by the Texas Board of Optometry as a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Koetter is a member of The American Optometric Association, The Texas Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
In her free time, Dr. Koetter enjoys traveling with her husband Bryan, spending time with family and friends, cycling, and cooking.

Dr Koetter is the best eye doctor I’ve had! Her office is run smoothly and sometimes you’ll even catch the mascot (aka the cutest golden retriever) when you walk inside. Dr Koetter will call and check on you after your appointment. You can tell she loves her job and cares about her patients.

Dr. Koetter and the team were fantastic! I was seen immediately and advised what was happening at each stage of the visit. Dr. Koetter explained the diagnosis and treatment plan as well. Will be back and make this my primary location for optometry needs.

Dr. Koetter is great. I have been seeing her for a couple of years now, and each time I have visited the service has been excellent. Her staff is friendly, and her facility is very clean and organized. They present your options to you without trying to force you to buy anything or upsell you. This morning when I went, there was no wait time at all. I don't plan on seeing anyone other than her for as long as I am in the Houston area. I've worn contacts/glasses since I was in the 7th grade and have had some pretty terrible experiences with doctors. So I know! Ha. She is by far the best. Her office is also in a great location. Love the whole process.

Beautiful office with amazingly friendly staff! Optometrist was SO FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, and yet incredibly professional!!! I’m excited to get my new glasses that are PROGRESSIVE LENSES!
Once I walked in I was shocked how beautiful it was, and shocked they excepted my insurance ???????????? Staff felt like instant family in a fancy private practice. Warmest welcome ever to a medical providers office! I would recommend anyone to go!

What can I say! I stumbled across Dr. Koetter on ZocDoc and am so glad that I did! I haven’t been to an optometrist in about 20 years and even though I have healthy eyes, she was still thorough and attentive to all of my needs/concerns.
And her staff?! They are amazing! Very friendly, personable and attentive. Karla and Bobby service patients will care and understanding.
Definitely felt like family!

It was my first time at this office, and they were extremely kind. I was late to my appointment because I had gotten confused with where it was, but they were so patient and nice about it. The people up at the front desk were friendly and very helpful about my insurance and making sure everything was covered. The doctor was also nice and helpful and wanted to make sure that the trial contacts she gave me were gonna work even before the follow up. I appreciated the honestly about good and bad contacts. They were very transparent about costs differences, and they have a good deal on their in store frames too. I would recommend if you’re looking for a new eye doctor, or just looking for new contacts/glasses.

I had an excellent exam by Dr. Koetter. Her equipment is state of the art, and I was so impressed with how thorough she is with the exam. I got a beautiful new pair of glasses with plenty of styles to choose from. I highly recommend her and her staff!

My visit with Dr. Koetter was excellent! I was seen quickly and the office was very clean with the latest technology. Dr. Koetter switched me out of my old contact lenses that were causing my eyes to dry out into a new brand that I can wear all day! My new contacts not only do not cause my eyes to become dry, but I can see better in them too! I would highly recommend Eye Hub to all of my friends and family!

I highly recommend a visit to Eyehub! I had no issues making my appointment online and the staff was so friendly and accommodating once I arrived. I wasn't sure what to expect since I was a first time patient, but Dr. Koetter and her team walked me through everything step by step. They have a great selection of frames and the space is so cute/inviting. I will most definitely be back for my next exam!

I went in to get some contacts before going on vacation, and I had a awesome experience here! Dr. Koetter was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. In addition, Tiffany and Bobby did a great job taking my initial eye measurements and working with my insurance. I will definitely be back when I'm looking to buy new frames. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend or family member.
