Context: I booked this appointment for my father to exam some pain in the eyes. Arrival: Staff was courteous and helpful. Wait time was efficient. Doctor: Doctor was confused about the condition of my father and hadn't reviewed the complaintprior to meeting with us. He didn't seem knowledgeable and was dismissive of our concerns.

Unsatisfied on the time, was not let into an examining room until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then took 30 minutes to prep me by Dr's assistant before i saw the doctor for 5 minutes if that.

waited a long time in waiting room and another 30 min in exam room. finally went to go find someone and found dr, haq in an office across the hall on the computer. felt like I had been completely forgotton. asfor bedside manner, he made me feel little to no hope for managing my eyesight. I am far-sighted with astygmia, I asked if there were any exercises I could do to strengthen my eye muscles, he said he didn't believe in that and my eyesight would only continue to deteriorate. I was so discouraged that I haven't tried to see another eye doctor since. i'm finally over that experience and am looking for another doctor. sorry I let him get to me that way.

I am 64 and have been seeing glaucoma doctors for 40 years. In my experience, Dr. Haq (pronounced like hawk), is without peer.If I had been a relative, I could not have received more kind, concerned, and generous attention.
