I went here with the sole purpose or establishing primary care and getting an insurance referral for the specialist I was seeing the next day. I told them this three times. They never faxed the form, and when I called them from the specialists office it took them over an hour to fill and send the form. It wasn’t even filled correctly and was void, my appointment was canceled. The staff was unaware of what I needed and instead of making any attempt to understand, they would just tell me they were “on it”
Would never recommend anyone visiting this place, they moved my appointment up and hurried me out so they could close early for the day.

I booked an appointment with a urologist but he was not there. The PA who saw me was very nice, but, again she was not the urologist I booked with.

I never got to see the doctor. Only the nurse practitioner who is very nice. The problem with his office is that it’s a mess and they have over a dozen workers as some of them look like they’re out of high school and are all over the place. I was measured twice for something that should only been taken once. they took me out of my room switched.. me with another patient into his room…they switched him out and put him in my room It just looks very disorganized and it makes me not trust this Doctor Who I was told later on only shows up twice a month, but wasn’t there when I was there. The ladies were nice, but it just seem like a frazzled experience and not clean and it just doesn’t look right with all these young girls look like they belong in high school.. Some of them look like they’re sitting in a little closet. Some of the staff were babysitting two children that was sitting in the office. The office itself look like a scattered mess. The girls were nice, but seemed very rushed.

As a new patient, I was never informed the doctor was not present. The appointment was GYN annual and they made it medical advising can refer to another GYN doctor. I was very disappointed. Staff was pleasant enough.
