I love Dr. Gargi Patel! I’ve been going to her for a few years now. She’s attentive, a great communicator, and friendly. She will work with you and truly give you the time you deserve to manage your allergies and concerns. I drive an hour (by choice) to see her for my appointments because that’s how much I appreciate and respect her as a doctor. I don’t want to go to anyone else.

The office keeps changing my appointment to an earlier time without notice. First, they changed my appointment from 10:15 to 10:05. That’s ok. On my way to make it to 10:05, front desk calls me to say that I’m late to the 9:55. I have messages from Zocdoc showing that I have an appointment at 10:05. The office personnel is rude and curt and tells me that it’s fine if I’m on my way already. No apologies for inconvenience. At 9:44, I get a message saying that my appointment was moved to 9:45. I called to cancel and reschedule for next day at 12:30. Just got a message saying that they moved it to 6:25 TODAY. What is going on? Never had these sort of issues with a provider before. Shame, because the provider has good reviews on Zocdoc, which is why I wanted to try this practice.

I am visiting Doctor Patel since almost 4 years for my child allergies, she is knowledgeable and listens to our issues very patiently , also staff is friendly whenever we call them. just recently used zocdoc to schedule an appointment in an emergency but the appointment got rescheduled just before 1 hour to my actual appointment time while I was at work and I had to rush so I dont miss the appointment for my child ..I got text message/email which I luckily checked so We could reach on time, apart from that so far, we always had pleasant experience, as mentioned before Doctor Patel listens and provide solutions very clearly, I do feel very confident for my child under her guidance.

Dr. Patel was super knowledgeable and friendly! I felt very heard and understood about my specific situation. She was compassionate and she took all my concerns seriously. I appreciated that she was so thorough in her time with me: she asked good questions and listened to my full explanations without interruption. Would highly recommend her!
As for the two front desk ladies… I didn’t think they were very friendly. They were working in the dark (no idea why). When speaking, they didn’t project their voices (a lot of speaking softly under their breath), didn’t greet me, and didn’t even make eye contact unless they absolutely had to look at me. When I asked questions, the one who was working with me looked both annoyed and uncertain. That was such an odd experience. At least the doctor herself was great!
