About Dr. Hannah Tea
Dr. Tea received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry graduating summa cum laude as an Honors Scholar from the Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, Birmingham, Alabama, earning her election to Gold Humanism Honor Society. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency, at the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, she went on to complete her Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. She then completed her Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus fellowship at Duke University, Durham, NC. Dr. Tea specializes in comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology, adult and pediatric strabismus, and pediatric anterior segment anomalies, including cataract and glaucoma management. She is a member of the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus as well as the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Outside of work she enjoys classical piano, exploring the national parks, snow skiing, and hiking.
