My husband and I scheduled annual physicals on January 2 with Dr Patel. Because of the holidays, the office learned of our appointments only that morning, but they were gracious in accommodating us despite a busy office day, when some of their medical assistants were still on holiday. Dr. Patel himself took our vitals, history and medications. He was systematic and patient, and listened carefully. He also provided a needed referral and prescriptions. All in all, this was a positive experience, and we look forward to continue to work with him.

All went well except for the paperwork I completed in advance of the visit. The office couldn't access any of it. Spent 20 minutes doing all of it over. This elevated my blood pressure at today's visit unfortunately.
