Along with her three young children, she has relocated to the Cy-Fair area of Houston, TX, and settled in the Cole’s Crossing community. Terrible service and complete lack of transparency in costs My experience at this clinic has been disappointing. From the moment you walk in, they charge you for absolutely everything without explaining the costs upfront. They performed lab tests in their in-house laboratory without informing me of the price or providing an estimate, and later, I received a surprise bill. When I called to ask for an explanation, they simply washed their hands of it and said, “that’s the lab’s issue”—even though the lab is inside their own clinic! Additionally, they performed an ultrasound, which I paid for separately, but to receive the results, I had to schedule and pay for another consultation with Dr. Villalobos. Why don’t they provide the results without forcing you to pay for another appointment? This just seems like a scheme to take more money from patients. Dr. Villalobos also makes no real effort to offer proper solutions. Instead of exploring different treatment options, she insists on surgery for everything. And if you contact her because the prescribed treatment isn’t working, her only response is: “stop the treatment and proceed with the recommended surgery.” So, you pay for the consultation, trust her judgment, and in the end, you’re left without a real solution. The assistant, Mrs. Murcia, also provides poor service. The lack of professionalism and empathy is evident. I do not recommend this clinic at all. Don’t fall for this scam!
