Dr. Muller was extremely intent on fixing my problems and answering my questions. She was not pushy, but had a strong point of view on a treatment plan that she explained well. I appreciated most her focus on fixing the rootor cause of a problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. I feel like I am in great hands - highly recommend.

Dr. Muller is literally one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Her and her staff are extremely thorough. She is so sweet, helpful, and caring. The receptionists call your ins before the visit and give you a list of howmuch everything is going to set you back out of pocket which is pretty much unheard of in the medical industry. She healed my corneal abrasion when no one else could. Will definitely be back!

I read every review about Dr. Muller while researching an eye specialist and I couldn't agree more with all of the people who sing Dr. Muller's praises. Dr.Muller never gave up while treating my severe and challenging dry eye condition. Iused to be extremely uncomfortable, which was interfering with both my personal and professional life. Now, thanks to Dr. Muller, I have my life back. I am completely comfortable and see better than I ever have. Her staff is service oriented and professional, her office is clean and beautiful, and filled with state-of-the-art technology. If your eyes are bothering you, I highly recommend Dr. Muller!

I have been a patient of Dr. Muller's for years because she has made me see better and feel better. Dr. Muller truly is a super sub-specialist combining her education, training and decades of clinical experience with impressive technology tohelp her patients in ways that other doctors simply can't, or don't. I am thankful that she has the ability to perform all the tests that she does. I know that the results of these tests have, and continue to, help me immensely. Not only does Dr. Muller check all the boxes with regard to being an amazing doctor, but she's also a terrific human being. Although I've had to wait in her waiting room a bit longer than I would like from time to time, it is beautiful and comfortable and has wifi so I can always get some work done. I understand that one of the reasons I sometimes wait is that she is very busy because she is so sought after. I also understand that she is a doctor and therefore sees patients as emergencies arise. Thank you Dr. Muller- you are well worth the wait!

My eyes have been bothering me for a while so I went to see an ophthalmologist about three months ago. He said I had "garden variety" dry eyes and I just needed to use artificial tears and warm compresses. I didas instructed, but didn't feel better (I actually thought I was getting worse). So I made an appointment with Dr. Muller. Best call ever. Dr. Muller examined me thoroughly, explaining everything she was doing and why. Then she told me why my eyes were so uncomfortable and how she was going to treat me. I followed all of her instructions and my eyes feel so much better. The difference between the first doctor I saw and Dr. Muller was enormous!

Very professional front office and I was whisked in right away. The girl who examined me was very professional and pleasant. When Dr. Muller came in, her manner was quite brusque and condescending and she pinched my eyelids without any warningor apology and got the other girl to take a picture without even asking me - not a nice thing to do to an older lady, and I found this action extremely rude. She kept saying to me 'I am going to educate you', which I found extremely condescending and unnecessary. She also tried to push allergy testing on me, which I refused - this did not seem to go down too well with her and she was out the door as soon as she could.

Dr. Muller truly is an expert when it comes to dry eye! I have had terrible dry eyes for 8 years and had been to 5 other "dry eye specialists", and none of them were half as knowledgeable as Dr. Muller. She was so thorough, even correctly identifying my environmental allergies (which were making my eyes so much worse). After Dr. Muller started treating both my dry eye and my allergies, I finally turned a corner. Dr. Muller has given me my life back. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Muller.

My eyes have been bothering me for years. I have visited 7 different ophthalmologists and not one has listened to me and examined me the way that Dr. Muller did. She is so thorough and truly thinks outside the box. When,in the course of conversation, I mentioned that my hair was thinning, she suggested I have my thyroid checked and wouldn't you know it- I had a thyroid problem. My thyroid issue is now well controlled and my hair has stopped thinning. Oh and yes, she also fixed my eyes handily :) Now I see why she is referred to as the doctor's doctor!

She treats patients aggressively by suggesting many prescriptions and seeing how you react. Then slowly eliminating some options. However, this is very expensive if you are paying out of pocket. A few months later I requested a copy of my prescription, the receptionist told me that I had to come in for another appointment, which would be the cost of the original visit. This office does not care about its patients and is only concerned with the profit. Being young and unfamiliar with how insurance plans work I felt taken advantage of. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..

The things that most impress me about Dr. Muller are how genuine, nice, approachable and available she is (she even gave me her cell phone number), the amount of time she spent thoroughly examining me and explaining my diagnosis and treatmentplan, and the fact that her care has made my eyes feel SO MUCH better. Prior to meeting Dr. Muller my eyes were very uncomfortable and often red. Dr. Muller diagnosed my dry eye, allergies and a problem with the glands in my eyelids, taught me how to treat these problems and I couldn't be happier. My eyes have never looked and felt better. Thank you Dr. Muller.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Muller's office I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism on the part of every person I encountered. When I expressed concern that I might have a problem over a weekend, without hesitation Dr. Muller gave me her cell phone number. Unbelievable! Although I had read some negative reviews about Dr. Muller, a colleague whose judgement I respect told me she is the best doctor he's ever encountered, so I made an appointment. Dr. Muller was the sixth doctor I had seen forthe same problem. She listened to my symptoms, gave me the most thorough and technology driven exam I have ever had, made a diagnosis that made sense to me, put together a treatment plan, and I have never felt better. The vast majority of the reviews about Dr. Muller state how wonderful she is. The negative reviews are typically about cost. Although I had to pay a lot to see Dr. Muller (because my entire exam went to my large deductible, which has nothing to do with her) it was well worth it because she made my eyes better. I effectively wasted my time and money on the other five doctors (who were less expensive) because they didn't help me. In my opinion, seeing Dr. Muller was money very well spent and would have been far more cost effective than seeing six doctors.

I feel that I was completely taken advantage of by Dr. Muller. She forced tests/procedures on me without explaining what she was doing/why she was doing it and really without obtaining proper consent - and charged an enormous amount to myinsurance company. I have been to many less-than-amazing doctors, but I have never felt so completely taken advantage of and ripped off by a doctor before. I've visited other Ophthalmologists, and they agreed with me that the procedures that she performed were unnecessary. She is rude and abrasive during the exam and ignored all of my questions. I hate to say this, but I truly think that she performs as many revenue-generated procedures as possible all day long, without truly considering her patients' best interest. Obviously, I would NOT recommend her.

saw Dr. Muller a few weeks ago and I can't believe how much better I feel already. I made an appointment after a colleague told me how smart and thorough she is. I had already seen three other doctors, noneof whom helped me much. Over the years my eyes were feeling more and more irritated and tired, especially by the end of the day. Then they started to be red intermittently. When I saw Dr. Muller she took a complete history asking me about all my medical conditions, medications I was taking, all of my symptoms, how I used my eyes (computer use, contact lenses, etc.). She then performed the most thorough exam I've ever had. She asked me if I had any environmental allergies (because of something she saw in my eyes), I said not that I knew of, but that I'd never been tested. Then I remembered that I had had congestion lately which was relieved by taking Zyrtek (I originally hadn't remembered to tell her this). I shared this with her and she offer to do a scratch test to see what I might be allergic to. I immediately agreed. Ten minutes later I clearly saw the 11 things I was allergic to. Dr. Muller explained to me how antihistamines exacerbated dryness and asked me to please stop taking them. She gave me several different ways to alleviate my symptoms, none of which would contribute to my already dry eyes. It's unbelievable how much better I feel already after making the changes Dr. Muller had suggested. And by the way, I had told Dr. Muller of some abdominal issues I was having and she recommended I take a probiotic, which I did, and now that issue is gone. Physicians are not interchangeable widgets- there are AMAZING physicians and then there are physicians...

This was a terrible experience, and I would never go again. First, Dr. Muller was about 45 minutes late -- even though I had an 8:15am appointment. This was pretty terrible, because I have a job that expects me to showup on time. But that's fine -- I imagined it was because she was thorough. In fact, Dr. Muller spent about ten minutes on my eyes themselves. Right after, she immediately got to the true point of the exam. First, she asked what "Xyzal" was -- Xyzal is actually a very common allergy medicine that I had put down on my form, but reasonable that she didn't know it because she's an eye doctor, not an allergist. But then, she immediately told me to stop taking it. Seemed odd to tell me to stop taking a drug that she had never heard of, but I asked her why. She told me that antihistamines were bad for my eyes, and I should stop taking them because I probably didn't need them. AFTER telling me I should not take this drug, she then asked me what would happen if I stopped taking it (seems a bit odd for that to be the order). I told her that I got bloody noses and one time it triggered fairly severe acid reflux that required going on a specialized diet for several months. She barely missed a beat, and told me that the drug companies wanted me hooked on antihistamines, and that I should try an alternative allergy treatment, and that I probably didn't even have allergies, and that she would test me RIGHT THERE THAT SECOND. I felt a little uncomfortable, because well... she wasn't an allergist. I have no idea if she would have been accurate or not but I also had an allergist appointment in a few weeks, so I told her that I would just confirm with the allergist that I did in fact have allergies, and get his opinion (because he was an... allergist). She paused, said "well I don't know who your allergist is [because I hadn't told her...], but he will probably tell you you need to take Xyzal, but he's probably wrong." While I was trying to process what I had heard, she again told me she'd do an allergy test. I told her pretty firmly that I didn't want an allergy test, and she asked me why I didn't want a second opinion. I told her that I was now running over an hour late for work. Again -- the issue is not related to the accuracy of her diagnosis. All I wanted was to check my eyes. After telling me THREE MORE TIMES to take an allergy test, she finally gave up and gave me a pile of Internet links and told me she wanted to follow up with me. I declined. On my way out, I learned that because she considered some of the (very standard) eye tests to be medical treatments, rather than vision tests, my Cadillac insurance plan would not cover a substantial part of the treatment. I will never go back again.

Absolutely fantastic! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after this visit. Unfortunately, I have seen many, many eye doctors because of years of problems with dryness and allergies, but I have never seen a doctor like this before.Everything about this practice is exceptional- from the front office staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Muller herself. I had been told by several different people how wonderful Dr. Muller is, and still I was shocked. It's amazing how much smarter and better she is than any of the other ophthalmologists or optometrists I have seen over the last twenty years. I had lasik almost 10 years ago but my vision seems to be regressing. If i were to envision the most perfect ophthalmologist experience, this would be it! I'll list a few reasons: - The moment I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk, warmly (genuinely) greeted me. Everyone that works there seems to love it - i had an eye test w the optometrist, quick yet thorough- not like your standard turn off all the lights and look at 15 slides.. more like 5-6 slides and it was done it a comfortable, naturally lit room - Dr. muller is a hoot! So sweet, VERY knowledgeable, personable and really funny - and really good at explaining medical jargon (lament terms required for me) - she spent more time with me than I thought she would and discovered an issue I had on the spot and treated it, right then and there (with my permission) - she seems like the type of doctor who really gets to know her patients - office is beautiful and pristine Tried to keep this short but it was such a pleasant experience! I would refer all my friends and family to her.

I have never had a more positive experience in a doctor’s office. The office was beautiful and immaculate and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Muller’s assistants were extremely professional; I have never had a more thoroughexamination while having everything explained to me so clearly. I told Dr. Muller that my eyes were always red, felt irritated and itched me, and that I felt tired often and always felt as if I had a cold. She listened to me, asked additional questions and then examined my eyes. She said she thought I had environmental allergies and offered to allergy test me. I accepted readily and ten minutes later (and without any pain) we clearly saw the 22 (out of 60) things I was allergic to. I started the treatment Dr. Muller recommended and feel so much better. I had complained about the same symptoms to both my internist and my ENT doctor and neither suggested that I may be suffering from allergies. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Muller. She has truly improved the quality of my life. Highly recommend!

Be Warned. This practice listed rate of office visits for a walk in that is almost half of what they are billing to patients with health insurance. The office also charge very high fees for every procedure they perform on youno matter how simple the task is. I was charged a very high fee just to get the picture of my eye taken by her assistant using her iphone. I tried to dispute the office visit charge in the bill they sent me but instead of communicating with me, they completely drained my debit card account of which number they had on record from my initial visitr without any prior warning or obtaining any type acknowledgement from me while I am still disputing the office visit fees with this ophthalmologist office.
