“Dr Liao is warm and knowledgeable. She’s a good listener who answered all my complicated questions clearly and spent much more time with me than I expected. The practice uses a complicated, impersonal answering/scheduling service which was difficult to negotiate. The office was easy to locate in a large, modern office building with plenty of parking. The waiting room was spacious with 3 receptionists who were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The office decor was somewhat antiseptic, brand new, and uncluttered. Locating the exam room would have been impossible without an aide leading me down long corridors. After the appt, I got lost returning to the waiting room. My blood tests were conveniently drawn there. I got my results promptly online and an immediate response to my emailed question about my new meds. Overall, an efficiently run office with a few glitches that need to be addressed.”
