“Wonderful experience with Dr. Lam and all of the office staff. I am recommending her to all of my friends. You can tell Dr. Lam knows what she is doing. It was one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had, and I have been to many different eye doctors! The clinic also has state of the art technology to assess your vision, which was all included through my insurance. She took extra time to make sure my contact lens prescription was as comfortable and clear for me as possible. The staff were also very patient and professional when I picked out new frames and lenses. The office is in a great location, very clean, and has great frames to offer. They also were very clear about my insurance benefits and pricing.”

About Dr. Jeannette Lam
Dr. Jeannette Lam earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry and completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Primary Care at SUNY College of Optometry, BronxCare Health System.
Before joining the practice, Dr. Lam worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she provided comprehensive eye care and managed a wide range of ocular conditions, including dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease. She is committed to delivering personalized care and educating patients on maintaining optimal eye health.
Dr. Lam offers a full range of optometric services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, dry eye management, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and diabetic eye disease, as well as emergency eye visits. She also provides co-management for cataract surgery.
Dr. Lam is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry.

A very fast appointment. Felt a little rushed during the eye exam but the efficiency is unmatched. Going back to adjust contact prescriptions and the staff was very nice and helpful in giving information and booking the appointment.
