About Dr. Jennifer Appleyard

Michigan native Dr. Jennifer Appleyard comes to Savannah by way of Detroit where she trained and worked for over 30 years. She headed the allergy department at Lakeshore Ear, Nose & Throat Center, a large comprehensive ENT group serving the metropolitan Detroit area, and was Section Chief of Allergy at Ascension St. John Hospital for the past 25 years. Dr. Appleyard was named an Hour Detroit Magazine Top Doctor by her peers 19 of the last 20 years, earned a 5-Star rating from The Physician Alliance in southeast Michigan and was accredited by The US Joint Commission. She is thrilled to relocate to the Coastal Empire, and with her many years of adult and pediatric allergy experience, she has made an excellent 2022 addition to the Coastal Allergy & Asthma family.

Most relevant

Provider was nice. She did say she was going to get her stethoscope and otoscope and come back in. She left and never came back. After a while the nurse came in and said here ya go. Come back in 6 weeks handed me a paper and left. The patient handout had several things listed as “I counseled the patient…..”. Didn’t happen. It also stated “after counseling we decided on the following plan…..”. No we didn’t. The staff was very nice but I left without actually getting anything from the dr. She took my medical/allergy history and that’s all. Very disappointed in this visit.
