Her theoretical orientation is primarily cognitive-behavioral, though she integrates concepts and strategies from other frameworks, such as interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, depending on the patient's characteristics and presenting concerns. Dr. Jiao's clinical and research interests focus on patients with chronic psychological and medical conditions.
