Overall, good experience. However, the front desk representative could work on communication skills. She made me pay on a preventive maintenance appt which is a zero copay. Eventhough it was indicated on my insurance card and refused to check for clarification.

I greatly appreciated the time Dr, Du spent with me. He was articulate and caring. I do not appreciate the multiple calls and text messages I received prior to my visit. I feel the length questions and calls are an invasion of my privacy. I did not complete those queries nor will I any other as I will not give my Social Security number on line and fail to see how/why my personal information should be shared with a company that has nothing to do with the government in relation to my life.

Dr. Du was very thorough asking many questions, had a wonderful personality, and explained everything to me in detail as I had never been to an allergist before. I have been trying to find answers to my health problem for over 2 months seeing 3 other doctors and in my first appointment he was able to give me a precise diagnosis, prescribed treatment and a follow up appointment was set up quickly. After hearing him explain things in detail,
I was a little
concerned about the outcome and he assured me everything will be fine. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all and never made me feel rushed. He has an amazing, professional sense of humor which lightened things up for me. I would highly recommend him especially if you are nervous about seeing doctors.

I told dr. Du my concerns about my hives /blisters returning after I stopped taking a certain antibiotic. Because my skin was “perfect “ at the time of appointment. He didn’t refill the prescription nor give me anything else. Today the next day I’m covered in hives. Safe to say I’m getting a new allergist.

Perfect!! Every staff member, from the initial greeter to the office staff, was friendly and helpful. I was seen by the nurse and doctor almost immediately after entering the waiting area. Both listened to my concerns (which were somewhat complicated). Dr. Du was a patient listener, and offered a new perspective on an issue has been troubling me for a long time. I left with a new health plan and a feeling of hope!
*There was no answer on the phone to get the "code" for sign in, even though my call was answered and told "an agent will be with you shortly to sign you in".

The doctor and all staff were very nice. Dr. Du listened and asked follow up questions. He gave me a treatment plan that makes sense for my concerns. I didn't know I was supposed to stop taking antihistamines for 3-5 days before the visit, but the visit was useful anyway.
