Czaja,O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1997, where he was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in 1993. Dr. Czaja has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, including a privately owned optical chain, a multi-doctor private practice, and a large retail practice that was recognized as "Store of the Year" in both 2007 and 2010. In 2003, Dr. Czaja opened Eye Designs in Merrillville, Indiana, with a strong focus on patient communication and providing an exceptional eye care experience from start to finish. Outside of the office, Dr. Czaja enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar and piano, traveling, and staying active through trail running, biking, and swimming."
