Indeed, I will go back. Zoc Doc was annoying, nagging, and herding to me. Any intelligent patient would have been irritated by Zoc Doc, and I was. This was a good first appointment regardless of Zoc Doc. You herded me toward one OD and away from others. You reps, even when I had changed the venue to a more accessible office, kept trying to herd me into a downtown office that was far less accessible in terms of parking and traffic.
Now, Dr. Johnson was professional, engaging, listened well, and was clearly knowledgeable about his craft. Matty was welcoming at the front desk. Tyler was professional, friendly, and efficient. James was good to work with about my purchase and insurance. It was a fine first visit regardless of Zoc Doc.

The doctor was very helpful and gave very detailed answers so I could understand the answers he gave to my questions. I asked the staff to keep the same approach, care, and caring attitude. Soft approaches on their recommendations were clear and understanding. From the doctor to the first person who greeted me. Definitely would recommend this office. A+

I saw Dr. Haley Carrillo, OD. She talked with me through my concerns. She noticed that with my eyesight being so poor, I may have been overprescribed in one eye due to it being between numbers available. I now have a lower prescription number and am able to see better and with less eye strain. Thank you, Dr. Carrillo!

Dr. Abraham is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. She has the best personality and I left with a great set of contacts lenses. The support staff are also super welcoming. I would recommend this location 10/10.

Dr. Jacobs was amazing. Above and beyond to ensure my eyes were well taken care of. He clearly explained everything they did and provided great advice to my concerns. I’d definitely would go back. The space was a little bit cramped and difficult to move around the equipment, especially once they had me take my contacts out and move around the office, without an exam room to put down my purse and contact case. They did have plenty of space in the retail space where they sold glasses.
The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly and without judgement. And so far I am very happy with the new brand of contact lens he recommended.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but they were overly concerned about me not buying glasses from them. I left with a piece of paper that I erroneously thought was my glasses and contacts prescription. It was not. I have to go back to get it or wait a bit for them to mail it.
From a pricing perspective, they charged a 60% markup on contact lenses. And the general fees, specifically the contact fitting, were higher than other providers.

I have found my forever home for my eye care. The doctor and staff were kind, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. They worked with my insurance and my vision feels great!
