His approach to my problem was original and he was willing to explore other options as to why I was having the problem rather than the usual well that’s a part of getting old business. Although somehow my GPS messed up and sent me to Katy freeway instead of Southwest freeway, resulting in my being late for the appointment, I was seen anyway which was much appreciated
