I am the founder of Lincoln Park Psychology and work with people of all ages. I am often sought out for high-risk adolescents, patients with low self-image, those managing emotional instability, and individuals navigating relationship issues, whether peer or romantic. I work closely with you to identify triggers and patterns and set realistic, collaborative goals for change. As an inclusive psychologist, I welcome clients of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and belief systems.
I strongly believe that all life issues are relevant, no matter how big or small. Often, people judge their problems as being "too small" for therapy or "too difficult" to manage. It is important to note that therapy can be an incredible experience of insight and understanding when there is the right connection.
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual's needs.
