He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California and completed a residency in Ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. His many accomplishments include a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Charles is currently a participant in national clinical research studies.
