About Dr. Kellie Stecher
Dr. Stecher is not only an accomplished OB/GYN with nearly a decade of experience, she is also a published writer, public speaker, and the co-founder of Patient Care Heroes. She is a fierce advocate for reproductive rights, healthcare access, mental healthcare access, and gender and racial equity.
She earned her Bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University and her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology through Michigan State University's Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners.
As an OB/GYN, Dr. Stecher is experienced with all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, with a particular emphasis on infertility, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), weight loss, and adolescent health. She also has a strong interest in menopause management and minimally invasive surgical procedures. She has been recognized for three years in a row as a MPLS/St. Paul Magazine Top Doctors Rising Star.

Kind, relatable and super knowledgeable; would definitely recommend if seeing an OBGYN makes you anxious or if you're overweight because she is an advocate for overcoming fatphobia in the medical world. She is also an advocate for systemic change in the medical world regarding the allocation of medical services to those in need. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone -- best experience with a doctor that I've had in a while!
