It was evident he had reviewed them all prior to our appointment. Dr. also went above & beyond in accessing imaging from another source. Dr. addressed each of my husband's symptoms; possible reasons for them, further testing needed, & specific recommnedations to prevent certain issues progressing & ways to improve each. Hello, I'm Dr. Konstantin Karmazin, a board-certified neurologist specializing in high-quality neurological care exclusively through telemedicine. I manage a wide range of conditions, focusing on chronic headaches/migraines and recurrent seizures/epilepsy. I also provide general neurological consultations, especially for patients unsure if they need to wait 6+ months for an in-person visit at their local clinic or academic health center.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, completed my Doctor of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and finished my neurology residency at Columbia University.
I have chosen not to accept insurance to provide more personalized and flexible care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This allows me to focus entirely on delivering the highest quality care to my patients, with transparent pricing and no hidden costs. I also refer patients to the most convenient and cost-effective resources for lab testing, imaging, and other services when needed.

Dr Karazamin is a good listener. He came to the appointment well prepared and reviewed the referral and MRI. He had no experience in VNG or Audiogram. He jumped to conclusions on a couple of key symptoms. He organized his findings. But he did not focus on my core new symptoms. He also downplayed my Menieres Disease diagnosis by a nationally recognized research and treatment medical organization. He recommended three new tests. Provided a skeletal, high level set of next steps. A few off point treatments that have already proven non effective. No short term treatments. No short term treatment for pain, quality of life and safety neurological disorders. Overall disappointed with this Neurologist and will probably seek another opinion/case review by a Dr experienced with Menieres Disease.

Highly recommend this doctor. He asked a lot of questions and also made time to listen to everything I said, and brought up some theories I hadn't considered yet. It's the first time since my symptoms have started where I felt like there was a solid plan to narrow things down. I've spoken to several doctors and none of them were as thorough as he was as far as getting all of the necessary details.

Confronted with a very unique case and long medical history spanning 45 years, he listened patiently, asked pertinent questions, and then took the adequate decision by prescribing the right examination as well as finding a radiology center very close to where I live where one can quickly get an appointment, staying close to an hour with me, which is longer than most doctors will accord.
