About Dr. Kristiana Dodaj

We also conduct thorough ocular wellness check on all our patients which includes yearly retina imaging scans. Please be aware that this may be covered by insurance or have a copay associated with it. All routine and contact lens exam services will have copays associated with its services based on insurance policies as well. Worst experience. I showed up on time, checked in, and was then told my appointment had to be rescheduled. They later sent me a text saying I needed to pay a deposit to confirm the new appointment. Absolutely horrible—I traveled to the appointment only to have it canceled, and then they demanded a deposit to reschedule. I would never use this service again.

My first time visiting Dr. Dodaj for an annual eye exam, and it was a good one. I wanted to check for Glaucoma and any other eye related diseases as well as assess my eyes, and she did both very well, and did not try to push products/frames/etc. that I didn't need. I would definitely return to visit Dr. Dodaj.

I had a frustrating experience communicating with her. She repeatedly asked me the same questions, which made me feel like she wasn’t really listening, especially at the beginning. I also requested a summary of the visit, but they sent me a payment receipt instead. They didn’t explain clearly why they couldn’t provide the summary.

Very nice and respectful. Was told of my copay up front and any additional charges (I ended up getting an additional screening that cost extra). Attentive to detail and cleanliness as the machines were wiped down multiple times.

Doctor took around 30 minutes to finish with her prior patients before she saw me, which was frustrating as I booked this appointment for over my lunch break. She was really pushing me to go with daily lenses as opposed to my typical prescription, and wouldn't let it go even after I told her I wanted my normal lenses repeatedly. Her assistant up front was much more understanding. I understand optometrists make money when they sell you their lenses, and why she would want to prescribe her own brand, but her tone was very condescending and forceful. Would not recommend to a friend.
