Staff is fast working direct and helpful no complaints but definitely felt rush but i understand that they needed to see other patients as well. The staff handled it as well as they can would recommend to my friends. Only thing is still waiting on my emailed results so on a rush make sure you contact the right office otherwise you’d be bounce the Miramar clinic which their customer service on the phone is terrible no complaints for the santee team

I was dismissed and interrupted repeatedly, rushed through, and as a last priority (she left the appointment 3 times to go attend to other patients - I would rather she have come when she could give me her full attention). I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously, even though I have unexplained anaphylaxis.

Nobody at front desk for 20 minutes. Visit was rushed and did not seem like she was interested. She just said that she would send me a prescription for a new medication and she never did. Tried reaching out to the office and they did not pick up, had to leave two voicemails until they called me back a few days later. I explained how I still have not received the prescription and they said she will get it sent to my pharmacy and again she never did.

Totally amazing - the doctor actually diagnosed a lifelong issue I had had. I’m used to doctors discounting my pain and experience but she was so helpful and ordered all of the tests to diagnose. Totally amazing - and I actually never leave reviews like this for doctors. Please go see her and staff for any skin issues (although she could do more - I had just gone for skin/itch issues)

Changed from in-office to telemedicine the day before the appointment. I was skeptical at first, but was absolutely pleased with the appointment. Dr. Sharma is really, really good. She listened to my laundry list of symptoms, responded to each clearly, and made effective use of our time. She's great!

Was late to my main allergy appointment to do the testing. Her front office charged me upfront stating my insurance isn't covering all of it. I thought that was weird since I knew my insurance covers all testing. I paid the amount and got the testing done after her being late to the appointment. They stated it would apply to my deductible which it never did.
Got my Summary of Bill of from insurance and it stated I should have only paid for the visit and the testing was free. Be careful with this office.

I spent the most time with nurse Pam and I really appreciated her. I felt like Dr. Sharma didn't really listen to what I was telling her or had any new insight. My dermatologist told me to go to an allergist, and the allergist told me to go to the dermatologist. I essentially paid for the same two allergy tests twice with no insight. She asked me the same questions multiple times and didn't seem to understand what I said. I assumed it was because of the masks. Office was clean and lovely and honestly, nurse Pam ruled.

She is an expert. First she did a through check on my background about all issue I had. Then diagnosed my allergy symptoms with an allergy test. Prescribed other medication instead of nasal surgery which other docs recommend doing it. She was polite and took time to listen and note down all the issues I had and explained which one was best suites me. I recommend this doc, very knowledgeable.

Dr. Sharma is fantastic! She saw me quickly, explained everything in a succinct manner, and didn't make fun of me when I started dancing around trying to keep my mind off of the extraordinarily itchy allergy test. My only complaint is that the office assistant from their main office gave me incorrect directions to their La Jolla location. It's on the 4th floor of the Poole building, not the Ximed building.
