As always, Dr. Rogers was very knowledgeable, empathic and professional while treating my condition. I've been seeing her since 2005 and have found her to be very honest and open. I highly recommend Dr. Rogers especially for those who suffer from sinus congestion issues, etc. -Annette M.
Great! I am referring others!
Dr. Rogers took care of us very quickly and carefully as she always does. We have been seeing her for my kids allergy and asthma issue for 4+ years now. We like Dr. Rogers!
Dr Rogers listened to my concerns and was quick to understand and begin to solve something that has been bothering me for months. I felt completely trusting of her opinions. I would recommend her.
Great doctor. Professional, friendly, and funny!
Dr. Rogers is thorough, thoughtful, approachable, reliable, and informed. I live a richer, healthier, more comfortable life because of Dr. Roger's help.
Took me very seriously and took time with me.
Outstanding experience, listened to my concerns and provided options to help with my allergy/asthma symptoms. Highly recommended!
Dr. Rogers was awesome. Her practice doesn't feel like a factory and she actually cares about each patient. She has a great small office with a personal feel. She is nice, to the point, and quick. One of the better doctor experiences I've had in awhile!
I was very impressed with Dr. Rogers. She took her time, explained everything to me, and really helped me understand my options.
She cares so much and is ready to get to the root of your problem!
Laura was great. She listened to all my symptoms, tested me for specific and general allergens, and provide recommendations. Overall I had a great experience.
This was my first time meeting Dr. Rogers. After seeing several ER docs for my recent allergic reaction, I was incredibly impressed and relieved to meet with someone who not only knew her stuff, but could explain it well and empathized with my condition. I felt educated and taken care of. Highly recommended!
Dr. Rogers spent a great deal of time listening and trying to give an accurate diagnosis. She has a very relaxed and calming personality and took the time needed to figure out my issue.
Good questions, listens closely, thoughtful responses--builds trust. Very impressed
Dr. Rogers was great. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but I wasn't in a huge rush. She took her time with me and listened to my concerns. She demonstrated a reassuring depth of knowledge and was proactive in her approach to addressing the issues we discussed.
Easy to talk to, professional, thorough, helpful!
Such a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgable on all aspects of my daughters allergies. Thank you!!!!
I was the first appointment, and the Doctor, as well as the receptionist were late. But once I got in Dr. Rogers was very nice, and helpful.
Dr. Rogers and her office are always so helpful and thorough. I can always count on them for help when I'm sick and to keep me healthy when I'm not.
It went really well and I appreciated the doctor's willingness to perform tests which might not work perfectly due to unexpected factors.
Professional and knowledgeable
So helpful and very nice!
Extremely knowledgeable, professional doctor. Cares about patients and determined to find something that will help. She leans towards the more activist, less conservative side - I like that because you are more likely to get results. Those who are looking for a more conservative "wait and see" approach will prefer someone else.
She's great! Super knowledgable and friendly.
Professional, direct, and knowledgeable.
like her a lot very concerned and attentive and professional.
Excellent physician! Been with her for over 10 years.
I was very happy, felt very comfortable and would recommend her services to everyone.
Dr. Rogers' questions and observations make sense, and the advice she has given me seems reasonable. Something is not right in the front office. When I arrived, the receptionist insisted that I was two hours late. After leaving, I double-checked my ZocDoc messages; I had the appointment time right. The office mixed up the schedule, and never detected the error, not even after I came in at the scheduled time.
I have seen Dr. Rogers in the past and she is very personable and takes time to explain and listen to your concerns. I would recommend her to others who are looking for a physician who takes the time to listen and respond to your concerns.
Dr. Rogers is great! It was easy to get an appointment and I was seen as soon as my paperwork was complete. She explained all of my options for treatment for my allergies and we were able to come up with a plan, and get things moving along.
Today was not my first time seeing Dr. Rogers, but I really appreciate the time she has taken to get to know me and understand my life in ways that make the treatment better. My last visit was a year ago, and she remembered not just diagnostic details but personal ones. She does not offer one-size-fits-all treatments (which has been a problem with some other asthma/allergy docs I've seen). Also, she is the first person who has ever given me a virtually painless flu shot. That's some skill right there.
Dr. Rogers was super easy to talk to and she explained everything to me regarding the allergy testing I was doing. I definitely recommend Dr Rogers.
I enjoyed how friendly & genuinely nice she was. The front desk staff was also pleasant.
Dr.Rogers has helped with my daughters allergies better than any of the handful of past allergists I have seen. She is the first one to get her allergies under control, she is beyond knowledgable. Thank you so much Dr.Rogers!
Dr. Rogers is fAntastic. I highly recommend her.
She's a very good doctor. I would definitely refer her to all my friends and family.
first review on zocdoc but such a great experience I had to write. Have terrible allergies and within a few minutes she help me understand the problem, fix it, and explain what I needed to do in the future. Great dr.
I was not there for a full workup and really a targeted allergy test (and a long shot at that) but she still did a full exam including family history and ent check. She was very thorough and friendly but also knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
She is a delight, amazing, personable, and a fine physician.
She was stepping in for my regular doctor, due to a sinus infection while my regular doctor was away. Personable and kind, she knew her stuff, offered some options, and discussed things really clearly.
Dr. Rodgers was excellent. My mother went to visit and she made her feel comfortable and provided a treatment plan for her persistant cough and Chronic sinusitis.
Dr. Rogers is a gem! So thorough and knowledgable. Really took the time to explain things and answer my plethora of questions. Went over several different methods of treatment with me. Overall great experience.
Dr. Rogers took one look at me and told me exactly what allergic reaction I was having. She then told me why it happens, why it's hard to treat, and how treatment works. I couldn't have asked for a better visit or a warmer provider. She even answered a few medical questions for me that had nothing to do with allergies. Definitely a doctor worth seeing!
Was annoyed when I asked her questions in office. Then I had a question about pricing. She said she wouldn't talk to me so I called my insurance company and she wouldn't talk to them. My insurance company told me that she asked why I had questions about pricing and I shouldn't have had questions because insurance didn't cover all of the cost...um hello, because it's cash coming out of my pocket! My insurance company then said after that conversation she refused to talk to them anymore. I then called and left a terrible voicemail. I got a call back and she wondered why and still questioned me for asking questions about pricing. I told her I would never recommend her and I'd write this on the reviews page.
Dr Rogers was great. Excellent explaining to me what was going on and awesome bedside manner with my 4 year old.
It's very refreshing to have a doctor who is as caring and communicative as Dr. Rogers. She's the best!
Best Allergist I have met with! Very knowledgable and up to date on many options for allergies! Highly recommend this doctor.
Very kind and wasn't pushy with treatment options, gave me space to make my own decision. Very refreshing!
I would recommend Dr. Rogers. She took the time to listen to me, ask follow-up questions and really talk to me. Great overall experience.
Excellent level of care.
Great first visit.
Dr. Rogers was very friendly and down to earth. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk with when describing my symptoms. Overall, a really great experience!
Very friendly, made the process very easy.
Couldn't be happier with my visit. I was my first time seeing an allergist and she made me feel very comfortable and was able to deduce the problems I'd been having right away. Very friendly and courteous.
Convenient, fast and I was treated right away!
Very accurate, other doctors could not figure out my problem
I came away from the appointment with Dr. Rogers feeling very positive about her ability to treat my allergy issues.
Dr rodgers is very efficient, and very knowledgeable, will definitely refer friends and family to her practice
very nice doctor highly recommended
It looks like I got a good allergist and look forward to the treatments.
Dr. Rogers was very attentive and answered all my questions regarding my asthma and allergies.
I have seen Dr. Rogers a few years now- she is always prompt, courteous & helpful.
She was really knowledgeable and friendly; she also listened well and went through procedures quite efficiently - great doctor and great visit!
Great doctor, but I live too faraway to go there often.
She's great. No wait whatsoever. Treated me very pro-actively. Asked for samples and got them.
I had a great appointment. Dr. Rogers listened well and directly answered my questions. She made several helpful recommendations.
I liked her! Unlike many other doctors I've experienced at NWM, she was very easy going and not trying to sell something to me. Let me know what to expect and gave me some tips on what to do about my allergies moving forward.
I was impressed by Dr. Rogers' knowledge, patience and attentiveness. She was one of the more helpful doctors I’ve seen since moving to Chicago two years ago.
Very efficient and casual. Probably the fastest doctor's appointment I've ever had while also not lacking any quality.
She's very understanding and takes time to listen to the patient.
I really appreciated the time that Dr. Rogers took with me to discuss my medical issue. Even more I appreciated her honesty about what I was likely facing and what she could or could not do for me. After my visit with her, I felt that I had a better handle on what I need to do going forward for my health. She is an MD who considers the overall needs of the patient, not just the "part."
While Dr. Rogers was very nice and thorough....her office is not easily accessible:S Valet is required w only 3$ validation per office visit. Since I need to go 3x in one week my cost of parking is around 80$ for all 3 visits and roads are closed off in that area which is normally ALWAYS congested anyway. The hassle alone leads me to discourage others from coming here and going to another Dr. that has parking and an easy in and out. Better to be informed than not as I was NOT!!!
I was in and out in 45 minutes. She figured out my problem quickly. Fast. Friendly. Painless.
Great doctor and staff.
Great job! :)
Awesome doctor! Thanks so much!!!
Dr. Rogers was very nice and helpful; her receptionist is a little curt over the phone but very nice in person. Would recommend!
She was knowledgable and was able to give me clear options to what I could do to treat my allergies and other testing tha was available to me. I did do a contact test and got results right away as to what I'm allergic to. She was able to answer all my questions.
Dr Rogers is great! She's super thorough and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgable and explains her procedures easily.
Quick, easy, painless.
Great visit. Very friendly. Will definitely recommend Dr. Rogers!
Excellent experience, I arrived 30 min. before my appointment. I didn't know how long it would take to get there. I didn't even sit down and I was taken to the exam room, the doctor came in 30 sec. later. Very nice, matter of fact, and seemed to know her stuff. I will be returning. I was out of the office and on my way before my scheduled appointment. Thank you.
Dr. Rogers was thorough and professional. Although she detected no allergies, I do suffer from sinusitis about twice a year and Dr. Rogers invited me to contact her the next time I have a problem. She is easy to talk to and I would be confident in seeking her advice in the future.
My visit went well. I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Rogers asked many questions to try and better understand my symptoms and needs.
Very professional. Great bedside manner. Easy to speak to, and easy to understand. She explains everything very well, and takes time to make sure everything is taken care of. Cured me a year and a half ago with little effort on my part, and phone consultations instead of office visits. One of the best. Four stars!
she's real good. recommend her!
She was very smart, informative, and efficient. In addition, she was thorough and checked everything. I highly recommend her.
She was great. Saw me 3 minutes after i got there. Gave out free samples. Private practice so none of the bs you usually get with group practices.
She was really great. Very quick and courteous, with no wait time at all. She spoke to me on my level- so when she saw I understood, she didn't waste my time explaining more, and whenever I had a question, she took the time to explain it fully. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable!
We will happy to see this doctor next visit.
Very Good. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Would recommend her to anyone suffering from allergies.
It was extemetly easy to make the appointment online and got confirmation email within hours. Once there, he staff was very attentive, the wait was less than 15 minutes, and I would recommend Dr. Rogers to my family and friends. I will be returning for my allergy shots. Very Happy:-)
I think the doc was great. Thoroughly questioned and examined me. Hoping to get well soon. Thanks, Laura! Staff at the practice was equally good.
She did what she needed to do. I will follow up later.
What a pleasant visit. She was wonderful and very professional.
Even though they were problems with the Internet, I was seen almost immediately. All my questions were answered. I felt Dr. Rogers was very thorough and nice!
I liked her, but I was dissatisfied with the results. I had an allergy test done last Wednesday. The test was inconclusive, so Dr. Rogers ordered a blood test and said she would get back to me by the next Monday. She had not called by the next Wednesday. I left a message for her but did not hear back. It turns out that she would be out of the office for a week. I would have expected her to call with the results when she said she would, especially if she was leaving and would be unavailable.
Quick, professional and instructional! Answered a number of questions that I had regarding my allergic reaction to specific foods.
She was great... very knowledgeable!
It was great! Very informative and helpful.
She was friendly and thourough. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. The office staff was helpful and friendly as well. All in all, a great experience!
Very nice My allergies have improved dramatically in less than a year
I enjoyed my visit, it was quick and dr. Rogers answered all of my questions.
Dr. Rogers is great! I wish I had gone to her sooner.
I really like Dr. Rogers, she's a great doctor.
Very thorough and professional!
I always enjoy seeing Dr. Rogers! She is very knowledgeable and a great listener too! She is always very professional and concerned about making me feel better!
Very helpful and informative
I am 11 years old, and she was great!!!
She knows allergies and their treatment.
An excellent experience, from booking the appt to checking out at the reception desk. Dr Rogers was extremely helpful. She spent the time answering my questions, obtaining my hx, and finding a solution for my allergies that works best for me and my lifestyle with two very young busy boys. Dr Rogers is compassionate, efficient and effective. Great patient experience!
She was really great. I loved her advice, diagnosis seemed right. Very professional.
Dr. Rogers was very friendly and professional. Her office was clean and bright and the entire staff was friendly as well.
Everyone was very helpful and informative. The office is clean and quiet. My appointment was quick and easy.
Simply amazing!! Highly knowledgeable and professional. AAAAAAAA+++++++++ Highly recommend this doctor.
I would highly recommend going to see her, as a specialist, if you have allergies and asthma. I had been getting my prescriptions from my internist who I can't blame for not delving into my allergies and asthma, as I only see her once a year for everything under the sun. Dr. Rogers told me I was using a child's dosage inhaler which is why it didn't help me. She confirmed my asthma was near emergency room status and gave me a plan, i.e. regiment of drugs. She gave me the allergy scratch/skin test (it didn't hurt) and determined I am allergic to almost everything. She told me about my options and to go home and research more about them. There was no pressure to do them. My visit took almost an hour, and she gave me a couple, expensive trial samples to use. She is pleasant and professional.
Dr Laura was professional and caring. She took her time and helped me finally figure out what was making me sick!
Friendly, helpful, professional. Great!
She was very nice, prompt and made herself available.
She was great and helped me with my allergies. I also had a blood test done which was very helpful.
Dr Rogers was great. Recommend her to anyone. Her receptionist, however, was adament that I sign a release form saying they had given me a copy of the privacy disclosures but refused to give me a copy--even just to read while waiting for the doctor. After going round and round, she finally found a copy in some drawer but she seem completely confused as to why I just wouldn't blindly sign the release. Dr. Rogers did a great job so I quickly got over her recepionist's ineptness.
She was great - on time, thorough, helpful.
She was prompt, listened to my concerns, and gave me recommendations on better ways to control my asthma and allergy symptoms.
Wow, I am thrilled to be a new patient of Dr. Rogers. She was no-nonsense and she seems to actually CARE. Thanks to YELP and ZocDoc for the pleasant experience.
Dr Rogers was wonderful! She is knowledgeable, empathetic, analytical, patient, thorough, sensitive and personable. An excellent doctor! I would recommend her highly!!
The doctor was friendly and had a great bedside manner. She spent a lot of time answering all my silly questions and concerns. I was very pleased and would recommend her to anyone.
Super professional, made me feel comfortable and I was in and out in no time!
I filled out my paperwork, took care of my payment, & was immediately ushered in. Waited barely 3 minutes before the doctor came in. Everything went as expected, Dr. Laura was attentive & I felt very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Rogers! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Her schedule is very accommodating!
My second visit to Dr. Rogers. Took the time to answer all of my questions, was very understanding and is helping me with my allergic reaction.
Saw me 15 minutes early, very professional, and was able to determine problem and how to treat it. Thank you!
Quick and efficient from checking in to being seen by Dr. Rogers and checking out. I have no complaints about this doctor. I've been going to Dr. Rogers for almost two years now and I've never been soo thankful that I found her. When you need a doctor that's thorough, time efficient and knowledgeable, head to Dr. Rogers.
Dr Rogers was thorough and professional. She was also very attentive and personable.
Dr. Rogers was great, really easy to talk with, gave me some great treatment options, and didn't try to steer me in any one direction. Staff was nice and overall visit was was very efficient without any hassle.
