“The visit was quick, everything that I expected was done. The staff was kind, the wait wasn't long, I was seen by the nurses, then by the doctor. He was kind and gracious, and was able to help my problem. Would definitely recommend this office for anyone with eye needs that need to be quickly addressed!”

When I went to my appointment with the doctor, a different ‘doctor’ was there. when i asked my doctor, I was told that my doctor does not work there at all. I did not warn anyone about this, before!
People are being deliberately misled. They use someone else’s name, but a completely different person shows up at the location. I don’t even know whether that person was actually a doctor, because this individual cannot be found on Google.

I was not seen by Dr. Mazniker. Instead, I met a person who did not even introduce themself. The person who conducted the eye exam seemed rude and carried very poor communication skills. The person did not seem to care for their patient.
The staff members at the front reception seemed professional when I walked in. As I waited to be seen, I couldn’t help but notice the staff members’ communication and hospitality differed, based on the patient. I witnessed a staff member speak with an aggressive tone, as she disregarded a patient’s concern. A few moments later, the same staff member became the most polite human being when she dealt with someone else. It’s very clear they judge their patients and choose how they want to talk to people.
I will not go back to this office, regardless on the convenient commute. Nor, will I recommend this office to anyone.

Had a good experience overall—staff were polite and professional, the office was very clean, and my wait time was minimal, which I appreciated. However, I was asked for my health insurance card again even though I had uploaded it through ZocDoc, and I didn’t end up seeing the optometrist I was originally scheduled with. Still, the visit was efficient and pleasant. Just a couple of small things that could be improved.

I was not seen by the doctor I booked. Called back a few days later as the condition I went in for did not get better and the doctor provided no path forward for how to resolve my condition. Would not recommend.

Different doctor - not the one I booked the appointment with!
The doctor looked at my current glasses and said that my astigmatism has gotten worse than what she saw my current glasses were prescribed for. So, logically, the prescription for the new eye glasses should have been stronger. Yet, I got the prescription with less strength. A rude lady told me they are not doing refunds and hung up on me. To add insult to I just, I’ve also paid for the new lenses for my glasses with them, not just for the consultation, and I certainly expect to get refunded for both, since I am not going to be using that crazy prescription and definitely do not want any lenses from this provider.
