Disappointingly, the doctor who treated me was not the doctor with whom I had booked my appointment (Limu Ahmed), who has good ratings. Also, the office was extremely small, approximately 64 ft2. The doctor who ended up treating me was inattentive and acted as if in some great hurry, even though there was no delay. He was impatient when I asked additional questions and showed no warmth or sympathy whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend

I did not see the provider I originally booked with. The office space was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the overall experience was very disorganized. I was incorrectly told that I had no remaining benefits, despite not having seen a doctor in over a year, and it did not seem like this was properly verified. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend booking with this office. I would never book again. The experience was the exact opposite of what I had expected.

I got in and out very quickly despite being ten minutes late , I was able to get my prescription ordered right away , and the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out my glasses.

Incredible experience. The doctor saw me right away and did a full and thorough eye exam. She is brilliant and so pretty as well. I got a prescription for something minor - an allergic reaction. Will go back!

I will not recommend this office to anyone. It was a very bad experience. It was just a regular checkup with nothing useful, and all they did was write a prescription. My previous visit last year at another location was much better — that office had all the proper equipment to check the health of my eyes. This doctor knew nothing, and writing prescriptions is something an assistant could do. The office is poorly equipped, and I will definitely call my insurance about this visit because I didn’t get any information about my eye health. Please don’t go there — it’s very expensive and not worth it. Thank you.

The doctor I booked an appointment with was substituted with a different person with no prior notice. I book female doctors specifically and I was met with a male doctor. The appointment was fine overall. I felt like I was pressured into paying for blue light lenses even though I told the doctor I use a computer for less than three hours a day, he decided I use my phone for 4 hours a day which I didn't say. I felt like he was charging me for additional upgrades that I did not ask for which was annoying. He was over 15 minutes late for my scheduled time and the appointment felt rushed.

The staff was nice. But I did not see Dr. limu, I saw someone else. She was good with giving me the information I needed. Although I did not see her the doctor that I did saw was knowledgeable about everything I asked.
