Great experience at first, front desk lady was nice and walked me through glasses frames they had. Had to wait for over 10 mins for Limu, she was for some reason outside of the clinic at 5 pm. She did the eye exam and gave me a prescription really fast, within like 10 mins. I have medicaid so eye exams are covered, but then at the front desk, they asked me to pay a significant copay, and I told them no the exam should be covered, but they said they did a "retinal imaging" they did NOT consult me about.
So I was like was there a reason for us to have done that? She said no, just wanted to check if anything's wrong and nothing was wrong. I called my PCP after and she said usually ophthalmologists do that, not optometrists so idk why Limu did that especially because she didn't consult me.
I went here because they had great reviews, so I'm confused why they take advantage of their clients like this. I even called before to let them know all I need is eyeglasses prescription that's it.

I was greeted when i walked in into a very clean office and waiting room. Dr Ahmed was very nice . She was a pleasure to talk to and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would highly recommend this office .
