Although the office staff and physician were courteous, my visit raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, transparency, and patient rights. A front desk staff member made an inappropriate remark inconsistent with a clinical environment. The examination appeared rushed and lacked the thoroughness and explanation expected of standard care, particularly when compared to services received at other practices. Despite verifying that my insurance covers single-vision lenses and select frames, I was informed otherwise and paid out of pocket for the exam, which was concerning. I was not provided my prescription, and insurance and payment matters were discussed openly in front of other patients, compromising privacy. The eye technician demonstrated professionalism and deserves positive recognition. I left having paid for an exam without receiving adequate information or my prescription.

My experience here was truly amazing. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and the communication between the staff, the provider, and myself was clear and helpful. The provider was kind, caring, attentive, and very informative regarding my health, medications, and new prescriptions. When it came to choosing glasses, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about my insurance and helped me find options that fit my needs and my style!
I will definitely continue coming back. Thank you to everyone for being so kind, supportive, and helpful. I look forward to seeing you all again soon. You are very much appreciated!

Welcoming and friendly staff makes you feel comfortable during your visit. Clean and pretty location. I was rescheduled for 2 pm but that wasn’t an issue for me. I had a short pleasant wait time, having small talk with, I believe her name was Maria. Dr. Ahmed was friendly, professional, thorough and clear with any explanations. She knows her frames and face shapes well because I went with her first choice of frames for me after having some fun with a few frames. Pleasant and fun experience, highly recommend.
