Dr. Yablon is a neurologist with fellowship training in Headache Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Western Australia Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences in Perth, Australia. Following medical school, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a residency in Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Beth Israel Medical Center, and a fellowship in Headache Medicine at Roosevelt Hospital. After immigrating to New York, Dr. Yablon was selected by her peers as a "rising star" in the 2018, 2019, and 2020 editions of the New York Times Magazine supplement, SuperDoctors. She has conducted research on various aspects of migraine, including publications in the journal Headache and book chapters on headaches and migraines. She takes a special interest in migraines during pregnancy. Dr. Yablon, a migraine sufferer herself, finds helping to manage her patients' headaches extremely rewarding and fulfilling. She loves adventure and relishes traveling and exploring the world with her husband and four children.

I MET WITH DR. YABLON VIA ZOOM (SO CONVENIENT!) AND WAS IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED BY HER EXPERTISE IN ALL TYPES OF HEADACHES. I HAVE SUFFERED FROM CLUSTER HEADACHES FOR YEARS AND I WAS IN THE MIDST OF A TERRIBLE CYCLE WHEN I FOUND HER. I HAD ALREADY BEEN ON A STEROID COURSE BUT SHE PUT ME ON EMGALITY WHICH HELPED ME WAY MORE. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AND WISH I HAD FOUND HER SOONER.

I FEEL LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND DR. YABLON. I HAD BEEN SEEING A LOCAL NEUROLOGIST WHO WAS NOT AN EXPERT IN VESTIBULAR MIGRAINE AND I WAS NT GETTING WHAT I NEEDED. FINALLY I FOUND DR. YABLON AND SHE PUT ME ON A NEW TREATMENT PLAN THAT HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE, INCLUDING VESTIBULAR REHAB AND THERAPY. SHE IS THE BEST!

After having seen over 4 other local neurologists for my migraines, I had low expectations going into my appointment with Dr. Yablon.
I was very impressed with her approach, her knowledge, her compassion and her kindness. She is a headache specialist, so she has received extra training in headache medicine which means she is familiar with off-label treatments and complex cases like mine. She recommended a new course of treatment when I had thought I was out of options.
For the first time in a while, I have a treatment plan that I am optimistic about and I am grateful for Dr. Yablon for giving me hope!

Dr. Yablon is the best! I have been seeing her for about 3 years and I never want to see another neurologist for my cluster headaches. I would follow her anywere!
She's an expert in all headache disorders and personally has migraine so she has a lot of empathy for patients who feel frustrated by their condition.
Don't hesitate to see her - she's an excellent headache specialist!

Have seen many Neurologists in the last 36 years of my Migraine life....Dr Yablon delivered in a most wonderful way. She listened to me, my Migraine history, and of the Migraine preventive meds, she picked the right one for me...resulting in nearly no migraine since Late March 2019.
I went from 4-12 a month to 6 total since I started Ajovy and most attacks I have only needed the prescription Nsaid to help neck pain Etodolac...
She is kind and doesn't rush, compassionate and her experience and education is impressive. She is humble and real. She was last try to find a Neurologist that understood me and help beyond my dreams!

Dr. Yablon is an amazing doctor across every aspect of patient care. Since I began seeing her, my debilitating migraines (& need for more & more triptans) have been dramatically reduced to an extent I would not have even thought possible. I came to see Dr. Yablon because I felt that migraines were taking over my life - now I feel like I'm getting my life back. Dr. Yablon's kind, compassionate manner make her a pleasure to see, and she truly listens and cares. Thank you Dr. Yablon!

Chronic migraines had made me hopeless; I saw at least 4 local doctors who weren't helpful prior to Dr. Yablon. Her attitude was: no one should be in chronic pain and we methodically tried one possible solution after another until we found what worked. Thank you, Dr. Yablon!
