Came for an annual Pap smear. She was quite brusque. I saw her for less than 5 minutes and I had to make an opening to ask questions. There wasn’t really time to ask for her to elaborate either before she rushed out.
I didn’t come the recommended 30 minutes before the appointment and registering took a bit so perhaps that’s why. But I wish they’d have let me know if it meant my appointment would be cut short

The office staff was friendly and wait time wasn’t too much but the doctor seemed to be in a rush. She was with me for barely 2 mins and didn’t answer all my questions.

DISCRIMINATION!! DISRESPECT!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!
During the initial part of the visit, I spoke with MD. Mabel Gong in English, and her attitude was normal. However, as a non-native English speaker, I requested to switch to another language(They provide interpreter) to ensure clear communication. After making this request, Her attitude changed drastically. She became impatient, spoke to me in a loud and dismissive tone, and refused to conduct a routine examination, despite my request. Instead, she repeatedly questioned why I had come to the clinic, without providing any medical care.

Dr. Gong was so upbeat and friendly! She and her staff listened to me, but did she seem to dismiss one of my concerns quickly. I would still go back to her for routine visits.

I was seen at my appointment time (I was told in advance to come early to fill out new patient forms etc) and the medical assistant was very nice and helpful with questions that I had. Dr Gong was friendly, helpful, and thorough. She was very to the point and did things quickly, which worked well for me personally. She listened to my concerns and did tests for infections I was worried about. Overall it was a great experience.

The staff from the front desk entrance were very pleasant. Mask was provided, also sanitizer and then information were verified to move to the next step. The office was in compliance with
Covid-19 rules and regulations. The office customer service representative was very efficient and soft spoken. Forms were quickly given out to fill and verified. The wait to see the doctor was reasonable. The doctor's assistant was very courteous and efficient in finalizing paperwork. The wait in the doctor's room was less than 10minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Gong. Thank you.

Dr Mabel Gong was very friendly and her staff was very thorough and efficient. I was seen almost immediately. There are definitely steps to ensure reducing any transmission of COVID. Dr Mabel Gong listened carefully to my concerns and referred me to another doctor who she personally recommended. I will definitely come back here again!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I am an incest and rape survivor and going to the gynecologist is an emotional experience that can cause me to re live abuse, so I always chose a female doctor, thinking that a female will have an energy that I will feel safe with. That is NOT the case with this facility. I felt like an animal being shuffled through a farm yard, without care, and without concern. This place is an insurance billing factory. I had nurses laugh in my face when I declined to answer certain questions like "are you married?" I was also shushed, had a finger waved in my face like a three year old and told "no talking" while explaining other answers. I cried the entire time during my breast exam, and my Pap smear, and not once did the doctor stop and try to find out why. This facility is just that, a facility. They pump through people I'm sure just to charge insurance companies as often, and as quickly as they can. There is no bedside manner, no personal care or concern, on the contrary, it felt abusive. After my Pap smear I was left on the table covered in lubricant, and nobody offered me even a tissue to clean myself up before they were out the door. I am also on Medicaid and the doctor called in medicine that was not covered under my insurance and then refused to remedy the situation telling me it's not their responsibility to source other options. This place is like a slaughterhouse, pushing women through, prodding and poking you and shoving you out the door to get to the next insurance ticket. If you have ever been sexually abused, DO NOT GO HERE!. If you want to feel like a meat product, and an insurance ticket, then this is the place for you. This is honestly the worst gynecologist I have EVER gone to. I cried all the way home, and will NEVER EVER EVER go here again.
