I scheduled my appointment and on my own calendar allotted an hour for the check-in, exam, and check-out. After 30 minutes in the waiting room I told the front desk attendant that I wasn’t expecting to wait so long, she assured me I was next. 15 minutes later, I was brought into a room by someone who never introduced herself, asked me to verify my intake information, and then informed me that there was still someone ahead of me in another room but the doctor would get to me soon. By the time Dr. Herrera came into the room, it was almost an hour past my original appointment time and I was feeling very pressed for time, since at no point was I warned that this might happen, despite the lengthy intake required online in advance of the appointment. Nobody acknowledged my long wait or suggested that this treatment was anything out of the ordinary.
Dr. Herrera seemed fine. I did not schedule another appointment.

Aside from my amazing doctor, I especially liked the real robe, not the tiny cloth or paper robes many doctors offer. Everything was quick and smooth. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. I am so happy the location is 6 minutes away from my house. It wouldn't matter if it were an hour away, after this visit I will stay and definitely make and never miss my appointments again.
