I make an appointment on Zocdoc for Feb 16 @11:30AM. someone called me from the office and said that Doctor Matteo not available on this day. I said okay which day do you have available?. She said Feb 24, I said ok. Then she said ohh another Doc has appointment available for Feb 11 @11:30AM. I was excited because YES ???? this appointment is sooner than expected. I’ll take it! I drive 40 minutes to this office, reach outside the office 11:00AM When I got there the parking lot was filled the streets parking was filled. I drove around the parking lot. Finally got a parking @11:29AM. While I was walking in I got a message that my 11AM appointment was cancelled ??. I still went inside because my appointment is @11:30AM so 11AM sure is a mistake on there end. (Was saying this to myself) I got upstairs @11:33AM . Just for the lady to tell me my appointment was at 11AM and I’m showing her on my phone a text from there office saying my appointment is @11:30 they told me the Doc can’t see me

I made this appointment over 2 months prior and when I arrived at the office they said the doctor was not available today. I asked if there was another doctor available and they also said no. I’ve been waiting for this appointment for more than 2 months and this is what they tell me. They told me they have contacted me to tell me my appointment is cancelled and when I asked for the number they tried to reach me at they gave me a number I have never seen or heard in my life. My phone number was no where near the number they “contacted”. Overall, I would not recommend at all considering they could have at least gave me another doctor since I have made this appointment months prior. Very disappointing

I wasted my time , gas and effort to go to the office today as it was confirmed by zocdoc and this was scheduled a month ago. I didn’t receive any call and text to cancel my appointment as claimed by the receptionist that it was sent . Poor coordination.

I received confirmations of my appointment but when I arrived they said they had issues with Zoc Doc and that my appointment was not valid. I wish they would have called me before I drove all the way there.

I did not get to meet Dr. Romero so I'm unable to make a judgement on her abilities as a doctor. This review is related to the lack of communication from Dr. Romero's office.
I was able to make an appointment with the office for 5:30PM on a Friday via zoc doc only to show up and find no one on location. Lights off. Building closed. Called the phone listed on here to get answers because I couldn't see any hours listed anywhere on the building that might indicate something was wrong. Turns out, according to their help line, the office closes at 4PM on Fridays. But that's not reflected on here or even on google!
Respectfully, I've seen hairdressers with online booking options have better follow up to ensure the appointment happens. Please do what you can to get your hours updated online before you frustrate future patients.

The only thing was having my appointment canceled from the app but didn’t send a message until showing up for my appointment for them to say it was canceled in person. But luckily with the doctor she still took me in, talked about what needed to be spoken about. She was very clear on everything and overshared with pros and cons which I loved because I’m a first time mom, so the information was well needed. Overall the appointment was quick, she was polite and very much open ears to everything, good energy, office and rooms were clean & makes sure you are good and leave out with every feedback you need. I definitely advise people to go to her!

The Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all my questions and for the first time I didn’t feel rushed in a Dr’s office.
