Most relevant
I was turned away because I did not show up 30 minutes prior to my new patient appointment. On zocdoc it said I had to come 15 minutes early so I did and then I arrived at the doctors office and they would not see me. They said the new patient forms take too long to fill out. I had no idea I had to come 30 minutes early and the office called me at 3pm the day before my appointment to tell me this but I missed the call. I ended up going to a different doctor where they saw me at the usual 15 minutes early timing to my appointment.
