“I thought I was going to have a $10 copay for a routine eye exam so I could reorder contacts but was charged for a “contact fitting” even though I gave them the exam contacts I need to order and all they did was a routine eye exam that I get every time I go to the eye doctor with no extras that would qualify for a more expensive charge. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and the exam was done on time.”
