I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my visit. The whole staff was welcoming and beyond pleasant. Dr Lee-Wong was truly the greatest example of how a Dr is suppose to make a patient feel. She was knowledgeable, loving, caring, thorough and most importantly genuine. I’ve never felt a true connection with a Dr as I did with her. I can’t wait to return and refer all my friends and family. She is exceptional. I also appreciated her NP Shirley. She answered every question and made me feel very comfortable for my allergy test. Overall, my experience was a 1000/10 highly recommend!

I would definitely go back to Dr. Wong. She did not rush me when I explained my concerns or jump to any conclusions. She understood why I wanted to get an allergy test done. Even though the results did not explain the skin reaction I had, it was still valuable information to know and she was very thorough in explaining the results and the steps I can take to relieve my allergies. I have another appointment set up to review my blood test results.

The doctor was an amazing person to speak to. She took the time to get to know me and explain my situation fully. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the building. I was greeted with a smile by Jordan and the whole staff was so kind and helpful. Love how the cleaning crew keeps the hospital floors, waiting areas, exam rooms, bathroom, elevators so neatly cleaned and polished. Everyone is so respectful and well mannered and they treat you like family. Thank you to everyone who took the time to assist me and making me feel comfortable. This is what you call great customer service. I will definitely recommend coming here.

Dr. Lee-Wong is, by far, the best doctor I have ever visited. No other doctor has ever been so attentive to me. She goes out of her way to make sure your concerns are heard and she offers great feedback. She is very reassuring and a very generous person. She was also trying to help determine which ingredients in makeup could be harmful for sensitive skin. I would recommend her to anybody interested in getting allergy tested.

I came into my appointment with high expectations, based on other reviews, that Dr. Lee-Wong would take time with me to talk about my allergy history and the best plan to move forward. However, she was extremely rushed and seemed to not understand why I would want her to take time with me. Instead, she gave me a less than three minute assessment (including a neurological assessment for some reason), did not ask me about my allergy history or even what medications I am taking. It was clear she didn't even know my name. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but I felt very uncomfortable and condescended to at times. Dr. Lee-Wong was not the right fit for my needs and I will not be returning to her practice again.

Dr. Lee-Wong is such a breath of fresh air! Some doctors, whether they're doing it deliberately or not, can't feel *present*. Though they give you care, you also get the sense that you're just another patient of the many they have to see today. Right off the bat, Dr. Lee-Wong was empathetic, an active listener, and a true professional. She took really detailed notes and asked questions that enabled me to actually surface other concerns I hadn't thought to bring up. She even, at one point, showed me her screen so I could understand why she was asking certain questions. Unlike prior allergy specialists I've seen at well-known hospitals, she walked me through the entire process for the procedure I think I need to have done, clearly explained all my options, and, from the sense of mutual respect & connection she'd help establish, even give me a recommendation on which option might make the most sense for my needs. Without realizing it we'd spent more than the time allotted for my appointment, but there was no rush and I left feeling empowered, heard, and confident that I'll be healthy again in no time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an allergy doctor!

I generally am not the kind of person that writes reviews often but I really wanted to write one for Dr. Wong. She is an excellent doctor that I highly recommend. Not only is she caring and genuine, but she is also super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help her patients. I trust her with the care of my family and myself and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who would work tirelessly to meet your needs. Before I became a patient of Dr. Wong in 2019, my allergies were constantly running rampant and were affecting my daily life. After several allergy skin tests I became aware of some allergies that I didn't know I had, she put me on a tailored regimen that still helps me until today. I'm very thankful to have found her.

Dr. Wong is an unicorn.... I heard my parents talking about doctors who cared and gave their patient undivided attention that lasted more then two minutes... I never found one. Until I had my appointment with Dr. Wong today she was amazing, didn't rush the appointment, even did a detail medical history to understand the full picture. She discussed treatment options and testing in details. I would highly recommend her.
