I didn't even see the provider directly. I was told the doctor's notes from a nurse practitioner. I did not meet the doctor / provider once.

Not only was she punctual, but she also took the time to thoroughly understand my skin concerns. Dr. Crute provided clear explanations and treatment options that were easy to follow. I was initially skeptical about virtual care, but Dr. Crute changed my perspective. Her use of digital tools to assess and diagnose my skin issues was impressive. She is tech-savvy and makes excellent use of the virtual platform to deliver care that feels both personal and comprehensive. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the process.

The provider was super fast in processing the prescriptions. Doctor was able to accurately identify the issue and asked great follow up questions. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this appointment, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the outcome. She offered OTC products to help with my condition in addition to giving me tips on using the prescriptions. Only downfall was I had to pay out of pocket because they don’t take my insurance, but even that was worth it.

They charged me I paid I had an appointment they said it was canceled. They said I do fell out all the information so I filled out all the information did what I was supposed to do and they told me they were going to make me a new appointment. But they gave me back the same appointment and didn't let me know until it was too late I had an emergency a family emergency and I couldn't go to that one and then I never heard anything after that. I'm really upset they took my money and then they wanted me to give a review for an appointment that I didn't even get and I never saw any kind of email until after the fact asking me to give a review I'm really upset
