About Dr. Michael Saavedra
Dr. Michael Saavedra, a native of New Orleans, earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University, New Orleans. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University and pursued a fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch. After practicing in Phoenix, AZ since 2009, he moved to Austin. Dr. Saavedra is certified by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology and treats both children and adults of all ages. He is the past president of the Arizona Allergy & Asthma Society and a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
