I’m back here for a follow-up ultrasound and appointment and I’m incredibly upset about how it’s going. First off, they texted a trillion times to make sure I was coming but didn’t tell me how long to allot for the appointment (evidently it was schedule as two separate appointments—one for 1:30 and one for 2:30). I came on my lunch because I didn’t expect to be at the doctors for two hours. This also means that I was charged two separate co-pays, also something that no one made me aware of until I came in today. Dr. Nagappan was very kind and thorough the last time I was here and I’m sure this visit will be no different.

The energy of the office was a WOW! I mean from the front door greeter, to the check in desk to every one I came in to contact with nurses, PA, doctor. Even people who weren’t directly involved with my appointment. I’m not kidding. I left feeling so good! And that is not usually how that works out. Lol
I even told my friends how amazing it was! Definitely book an appointment!

When she came in to my room she sat down in her chair and I never felt rushed. You could tell she really cares about her patients. I felt very comfortable asking questions. She was very patient and made she I didn’t have additional questions more than once. Her medical assistant and nurse were also very nice. The medical assistant had to take my blood pressure more than once since they did not like the reading. She tried her best to make me feel calm and get my mind off the situation.

Recently saw Dr. Nagappan for my annual pap smear and I loved her! She really took the time to get to know me and my history before the exam. She answered all my questions and explained everything well. Even though she’s a bit far from me, I’ll definitely go back to her because it’s worth it.
