Everyone was friendly here but I did not feel seen. I visited this doctor because I am trying to get pregnant. I was expecting to have a thorough exam. For example check my ovaries , or test to see if I have any possible complications that would pass on to my child. None of this was done. I was asked about my menstrual pain but it was deemed as normal. I understand they were busy but potential patients should not be given the short end of the stick. I could at least received advance on best practices to conceive. I will be looking for another physician.

the office was nice and clean, staff was too. The doctor just was not pleasant. Very dismissive. Pushing birth control on me, when my husband and I are hoping to have more children. We only have 1. Just dismissive of all questions/comments/concerns I had. Seemed very annoyed, like I was wasting her time.

Dr. Conde is amazing. Hands down the best OBGYN I have ever experienced. JJ the nurse that I saw before my appointment was excellent as well. I felt so seen and taken care of despite my own anxieties. If you get nervous at the OBGYN, this is the place to go. They are the best!

Dr. Conde was professional and polite. However, she was not very warm or understanding. She also tried to push products at me without even asking if I was interested in going the medication route. Nursing staff and reception was great, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I’ll be honest I book this appointment based on reviews that I read in Zocdoc and Dr Conde did NOT disappoint. She walked in with a very nice, professional & inviting personality (exactly what you want from your gynecologist). Dr Conde was very inquisitive and detailed with going through my medical history(new patient with her) and then informative about the results of her finds. I’m definitely looking forward to the building of the Great doctor/patient relationship she made me feel comfortable and open to be transparent.

From check in to check out was a painless experience. Dr. Conde was very attentive to my needs and concerns. And I felt comfortable asking her questions. She clearly explained the why’s and how’s to my questions.. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. The office was clearly, sanitized, all are practicing social distancing, wore masks, and had hand sanitizer available.
Definitely will return for a follow-up.

The ambience of the office was calming. My wait time was maybe about 10 minutes. I was a new patient and had to fill out paperwork. The staff from the beginning to the end were excellent. One of the ladies took the time to explain and help sign me up for Mychart. Dr. Conde was very professional and listened thoroughly to all my concerns. I had a great experience!

The doctor was great! But my appointment time was VERY delayed. I had to walk up to the desk to ask what was happening before any information was provided, this was at 45 minutes past my appointment time. I was then told it would be another 20 minutes before I could be seen and I was asked by the front desk staff (who were not very hospitable or helpful) if I wanted to reschedule. I waited the 20 minutes which was more like 30 minutes before I was seen but once I was in the back, the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and efficient.

OMG. She was super awesome. She answered all my questions, then I put my husband on the phone for him to ask questions and she answered them all. She was so friendly,caring and patient.I DID NOT feel rushed at all. She REALLY took her time explaining EVERYTHING and addressing ALL my concerns . SHE IS TRULY IS THE BEST. I HAVE DEFINITELY FOUND MY NEW OB-GYN.

Dr. Conde is awesome! She has a great personality, she listens when you ask questions, and she is easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with her, which is very important when you have to get up close and personal :). Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! I have always been uncomfortable when it came to getting a pap smear because of the vaginal specula (the thing they use to open the vagina). My anxiety would kick in anytime I would see this "tool" because it has always hurted when used. Dr. Conde was VERY gentle with me (before I even told her how this part of the process of getting chkd usually makes me feel). I distracted myself by being on my phone and actually forgot that she was "down there". Thats how gentle she was with me. I experienced no pain nor was I uncomfortable. She also took the time to answer ALL of my questions (I had plenty, lol). She didnt rush me and she also made sure that I was very educated in whatever I was asking and was unsure of. I will for sure make her my perm dr...I was very happy with my visit.
