“It was wonderful. The staff were wearing masks and sanitizing everything all the time. It was busy but they still were quick about meeting patients needs met. Dr.Tsai was soft spoken & patient with me and my mom's endless questions. We also ended up getting glasses here. Everyone was kind and eager to help. One of the best doctor office experiences I've had in a while. Would be happy to reccomend them!”

About Dr. Nancy Tsai
Dr. Nancy Tsai is the founder of Advanced Eye Physician and has been practicing Ophthalmology since 1996. Established first as a solo practice in 2001 at Chinatown and later expanded into a two-location group practice with the addition of the Flushing office in 2005, she has become a well-known name in both communities she serves. Dr. Tsai commenced her medical degree at New York Medical College and also completed her postgraduate training here at the Department of Ophthalmology where she was nominated as Chief Resident. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Currently, she is an attending surgeon at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. Her long-time passion and expertise is in premium femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, glaucoma laser treatment, and pterygium surgery. She also has a particular interest in dry eye treatment, and skin rejuvenation with Intense Pulse Light therapy and ResurFX technology.

I was seen super quickly. The MAs were so kind and were really patient at teaching me how to put on contact lens. The front desk people were quick and responsive. Dr.Tsai was very professional and explained to me any problems and how to best take care of my eyes. She was very kind and gentle, I will for sure recommend this place to all of my friends.

Great experience here. The doctor was very patient and knowledgable, and explained everything clearly to me. The staff here made sure I had the best experience and seemed to really care about the patients. Very satisfied with my visit and look forward to getting my eyes checked here again in the future!

Very good experience. Everyone from the front desk to the staff that did the testing was very pleasant, timely and efficient. The place is very clean and well organized. Dr.Tsai is very patient and professional. Highly recommended!

Very good. Good environment, nice doctor and assistants! I did my contact lens fitting in this office and the staffs were so nice to me. They explained to me everything in detail! Nice place!

The doctor was incredibly friendly and very good at making me feel comfortable. She seemed very hygenic and explained my situation in great detail. Very quickly, she was able to provide me with more than satisfactory support. I arrived worried about my condition and left relieved.
