About Dr. Naomi Hayashi

Gentle medical eye exams with a caring, attentive physician using up-to-date advanced imaging technology. Dr. Hayashi graduated with honors from Princeton University (Bachelor’s) and earned her Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College. She completed her residency in Ophthalmology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center.
During her training, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital selected Dr. Hayashi for the "Distinguished Housestaff Officer Award" two years in a row and served as Chief Resident for Ophthalmic Surgery.
Gentle exams and treatments for cataracts, glaucoma, high eye pressure, diabetes, hypertensive retinopathy, dry eyes, red or itchy eyes, eyelid or eye growths and styes, and ocular allergy testing.
Recipient of the New York Super Doctors Rising Stars award in 2014. Castle Connolly Top Doctor Award, New York Magazine's List of Top Doctors.
Dr. Hayashi speaks a little Spanish and Japanese words related to eye diseases and anatomy and interpreters are available upon request.
