“Excellent Doctor who demonstrates professional mannerisms when speaking to her patients and provided knowledge and instructions in a digestible way.
The staff I gotta say were my favorite part though, such a colorful group of nurses and front desk reps all made my visit very comfortable, easy, yet amusing just listening and seeing them go about their day. They communicate amongst each other effectively and are the type to try and not leave one stone unturned as evidenced by their cohort mentality in problem solving various sudden issues that kept popping up. They would call to each other, perhaps for file-detecting or interpretation-assistance, and were sincere in their efforts which reflected a heartwarming environment.
First walking in, I was uneasy because of the filled waiting room and uncertainty on how to proceed since I was a new patient. However, give them time and make your presence known—POLITELY!!* If you do, at least from MY visit, you WILL be taken care of (=^-^=)~! <3”

“Dr Lichtman was superb an excellent Dr.,very caring ,thorough exam,found the problem immediately, took her time ,very patient and incredibly knowledgeable.
I strongly recommend Dr.Lichtman to anyone needing a great optometrist,the best I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by.
I should also point out I received a preliminary exhaustive testing before seeing Dr. Lichtman by a caring ,patient and excellent technician
A great office with the best Dr.you will ever meet, go if you need a knowledgable caring,intelligent optometrist who not only is thorough and superb ,she cares deeply about her work and I was thrilled with the care!”

This place is disgraceful, nasty staff. Unclear communication. The front desk did not know what they were doing. They are very rude to patients of different ethnicities. The staff on the phone is also unaware of what’s going on with long wait times. There is not even a my chart or any electrical record we can go to for reviewing our own records! I wouldn’t even recommend a dog to go here.

The single worst experience with a medical professional I've had. While I showed up for my appointment on time I was made to wait more than two hours to begin the eye exam. The optometrist seemed to believe that I was just as familiar with the tests she conducts as her, as she provided me no verbal directions as she tested my eyes, only correcting me when I failed to guess what she wanted. Both the waiting room and the office of the optometrist are extremely uncomfortable environments. While I was provided a prescription for glasses, given the experience and lack of quality of the facility I am uncomfortable trusting this prescription and will be looking elsewhere to ensure that I receive quality care. I would encourage anyone seeking an accurate assessment of their vision, or a remotely pleasant medical experience, to do the same

I waited over an hour and 15 minutes. 2 patients who had appts after me were seen before me. Wasn’t the greatest first impression but once I finally saw the doctor I was given a number of tests and communicated clearly.

I like the thoroughness of the eye exam. Very nice doctor. The wait was horrible though. I arrived late bc traffic was a nightmare. Had a 1pm appt. arrived shortly before 1:20pm. My name wasn't called until after 3pm. Sat around for a bit then had my actual exam time around 3:30/35. Got my pupils dilated and sat around again. Was out the office by a few minutes before 4:30pm. I would still recommend this office. Hopefully the wait time will be a bit shorter next time.
