Relationships with family, friends, romantic partners, and co-workers can feel really difficult sometimes. No matter how hard you try, you may still end up feeling alone, misunderstood, unheard, or unappreciated by those around you. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way—your relationships can be spaces where you feel safe, supported, and fulfilled. I bring to this work a strong educational foundation, including a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology from National Louis University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. My training equips me to help you build healthier, more meaningful connections in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide individual and relationship therapy to people who are feeling stuck, confused, angry, and emotionally exhausted. Working together, we will explore your values, identify ways in which you can communicate and listen more effectively, and learn to build compassion for yourself and others. No matter how hopeless it may seem, I believe that every client has the capacity to build and sustain a meaningful life. I'd love to work with you to achieve that!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I view my clients as experts on themselves and consult with them on treatment processes along the way. If you’d like to learn more about me or my approach to therapy, feel free to book a consultation with me today.
