I am Rekha Nair, a board-certified MD in Internal Medicine and a longtime resident of the Metro West community. I completed my medical education at Terna Medical College, earning my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. I am also a board-certified lifestyle medicine specialist (Dip ABLM). As a physician, I believe my most important role is to help patients achieve the best possible health outcomes. Health is not solely the result of intervention-though I bring 25 years of experience in that area-but also, and importantly, from prevention. I am here to work with you to find the best lifestyle choices to prevent future diseases while addressing any current or emerging health issues. Together, we will walk toward better health and well-being. Beyond being a doctor, I am a mother to two boys, a wife of 25 years to my business partner, and a caretaker of three fur babies. We live in Shrewsbury, MA. I enjoy painting and baking-things I jokingly tell my patients not to consume regularly, ha!
