Waited on zoom for Dr for 20 mins , but he wasnt there. Extremely disappointed that there is no follow up from his side about this.

Horrific service. I was not allowed to see the doctor I booked, they gave me an extremely rushed video appointment with a nurse. Then they asked for my insurance card twice and it took 72 hours to get my prescription. Meanwhile I have a pretty severe rash on my body that they told me is contagious and needs to be dealt with immediately. Absolutely ridiculous, I would stay away unless you have something extremely minor.

Great and seamless experience. All virtual Appointment was within 1-2 days and prescriptions sent to my preferred pharmacy shortly after.

Had an appointment on a Sunday, and they prescribed me something but said I couldn’t get the medicine until Monday bc of my insurance. I’ve gone through this process (teledoc) multiple times and never had to wait to get my medicine because it was the weekend.

The doctor may not have joined the meeting, but he did give a very clear letter explaining the cause of the illness and the reason for prescribing it. The meeting process was friendly. If you know the cause of your condition, you can try this doctor.
