About Dr. Robert Yelverton Jr.

Dr. Robert Yelverton, Jr. is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Yelverton attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he earned a baccalaureate degree in science in 2000, graduating cum laude. He then earned his doctor of medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and subsequently completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He joined Partners in OB-GYN after moving back to Tampa in 2012.
Dr. Yelverton serves on the Robotic Surgery Committee at St. Joseph’s Womens Hospital. He is also a proud board member of local non-profit High Risk Hope.

outside of the lengthy wait, it was a great experience. The doctor and sono tech were so kind. The intake nurse was awesome. Great professionals and I would highly recommend.

I have been with this office since the mid 1999s when Dr. Yelverton was my doctor and the now I have had Dr. Fallieras. Services and patient care has always been outstanding.

This is the best gynecology group around. My whole experience from front office to back office has been fantastic. This practice really provides excellent patient care. Dr. Yelverton has a great bedside manner all the while making sure the patient feels educated and informed.

Amazing office and Doctors I started coming to this office when I was pregnant with my son and Dr. Yelverton delivered my son 7 years ago and he was amazing I had some complications during delivery and he made sure I was ok and my son was ok. Then when I was pregnant with my second child I was happy to see Dr. Yelverton was going to be the one to deliver my daughter. All the doctors are great but Dr. Yelverton hands down is amazing I recommend him 100%

Wonderful place. I’ve been coming here for 5/6 years and never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and sufficient. Although every physician is amazing, Dr. Yelverton, and his nurse, Marielena, are my absolute favorites. They answer any questions you have and make you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this practice (esp. Fletcher office!) thank you for all you guys do
