Everyone in office from front to back was very nice and friendly. Felt comfortable at all times.
The PA was new and my time with the actual doctor was pretty short. Felt a little rushed.

I was asked to arrive 15 min before my appointment to fill out paperwork. I did. My appointment was at 1245pm. I arrived at 1230pm. At 1;15pm, I asked the receptionist how far they are running behind. She responds that I am the next person. I waited until 118pm and told her I needed to cancel the appointment. I was there approx an hour bc I honored the arrive early to fill out paperwork. There is no excuse to not be timely. If there is an excuse, call your patients and let them know the office is running behind schedule so they can adjust their schedule. I did not see the provider but had the answer the question before moving on.
I saw the doctor for approximately 4 minutes. He was terse and not at all interested in listening to my concerns. In fact, he seemed dismissive rather than helpful. I would NOT recommend him to others.

Needs to work on his bedside manner. While explaining my reason for coming in, he was just plain rude. Talked to me like I was dumb and just seemed annoyed that I was even in his presence. Never coming back here again. Rather pay out of pocket at another place that is way nicer than come here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Definitely won’t be back here for the follow up appointment. Going elsewhere.
Very helpful staff. My appointment was at 0800 and everyone was already there working even though the stated office hours are 0800.

Clean and professional. Only suggestion, allow pre admission forms available to be filled out online, made no sense to me why I was required to print a forms and bring it with me, which I was not because my printer was packed away.
