About Dr. Sadaf (Razi) Elhaffar

Indiana native Dr. Sadaf Razi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Purdue University, and later earned her doctorate degree in Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry. After graduating with honors as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, she completed her clinical training at Eye Care Consultants (Evansville, IN), Wabash Valley Eye Care Center (Vincennes, IN), Eye Associates of Southern Indiana (Jefforsinville, IN), and Atwater Eye Care Center (Bloomington, IN). Dr. Razi is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry to practice in Texas, and has also received certification in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease by the International Association of the Board of Examiners in Optometry. She maintains membership in a number of professional organizations, including the Texas Optometric Association, the Beta Sigma Kappa International Honor Fraternity, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Razi has completed post-graduate certification as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, and is involved in the pre- and post-operative care of patients undergoing cataract and refractive surgery. She is highly skilled in the treatment of patients suffering from eye diseases including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. Having had the LASIK procedure herself, Dr. Razi is able to advise her patients on the procedure from the perspective of a fellow patient, which has been greatly beneficial to those considering surgery for vision correction. She is passionate about what she does and devotes excellent care and attention to each of her patients.
