About Dr. Saniya Shoaib

After years of working in the industry, Greenpointer Dr. Saniya Shoaib, OD, blends full-service high-tech eye care with innovative eyewear in her first practice: Sunny Eye Shop (284 Driggs Ave).
Dr. Shoaib doesn't just provide eye exams and prescriptions. She guides you to the right pair of glasses that function while fitting your style because her passion for her work comes from getting to know her patients as much as helping them maintain healthy eyes.
Dr. Shoaib is a licensed primary care optometrist who earned her Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. She previously worked at East Hampton Optical and Cosmopolitan Eyecare inside LensCrafters. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the New York State Optometric Association (NYSOA) and stays well versed in leading medical advances and new technologies.
Sunny Eye Shop on Driggs Ave carries handmade frames created by independent eyeglass companies. It's innovative designer eyewear, in both style and material. Quality is our standard.
